• There are occasions when we do not have the skills and qualifications to help your case. In these situations, we may decline to offer our services and offer sign-posting to alternatives. 

• When Brighter Days provides a service, we may discover further factors that we cannot address. When this is the case, we may withdraw the service. Charges will only then apply for the services provided thus far. 

• Brighter Days operates within the law, including Keeping Children Safe in Education, GDPR, and ethical guidelines. Where a vulnerable person is thought to be at risk, the Brighter Days team will make disclosures to relevant services to maintain safety.
